Carnview Construction delivered a bespoke new‑build assisted living residence designed to support a severely disabled individual in a safe, dignified environment. The layout creates two distinct yet connected living units arranged around a sheltered internal courtyard, allowing natural light, privacy, and a sense of calm at the heart of the facility. The design enabled 24‑hour movement and access for care staff without compromising the warmth and normality of family life, with discreet circulation routes, specialist adaptations, and fully accessible spaces throughout.
