Overview
A highly specialised new build respite centre at Croft Community Care, Bloomfield, Bangor delivering safe, comfortable, dignified and fully supported respite accommodation for young adults with disabilities. The project focused on purpose‑built bedrooms, enlarged accessible bathrooms with level‑access showers, ceiling mounted hoist systems, reinforced walls for grab rails, anti‑slip finishes. The works also included a dining area, quiet breakout rooms, sensory spaces, specialist storage, and cooling facilities for medical supplies. The successful project was completed whilst maintaining full operation of existing services.
